A new tech from Connect Television came out and saw the crapy swm install from the last guy. He called that guy a “dumb ass”. After about 20 minutes, he switched a few wires around and I now have it behind one of the TVs. The tech sent an email to his boss to tell the other techs not to run extension cords from the attics to the bedrooms. Finally I am a happy Direct TV customer.
